By accessing or using Znox ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Permitted Use
Znox virtual numbers are provided strictly for lawful, legitimate SMS verification and privacy protection purposes. Permitted uses include:
- Verifying your own accounts on third-party platforms
- Protecting personal privacy by avoiding disclosure of your real phone number
- Software testing and development in accordance with applicable platform terms
4. Prohibited Use
You expressly agree not to use the Service to:
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or impersonate another person
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in phishing
- Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
- Facilitate illegal activities of any kind
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organisation
- Resell Znox numbers or credits without express written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
5. Credits and Payments
Credits purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Credits never expire. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice to registered users.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Znox platform are owned by or licensed to Znox. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Znox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
